Dear friends,
Today, on May 6th, we would like to use this occasion of the 41st birthday of Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, to honour his boundless activity for the benefit of all sentient beings, make wishes for his long life and to follow his wish to practice the Guru Yoga of the 16th Karmapa.
On this auspicious day, we are delighted to announce that a new Stupa is being built in Dhagpo Möhra, in the stone garden next to our temple.
Building a Stupa together
We started this joyful endeavour, with the aspiration to accumulate merit and resources and to sustain and increase the activity in and all around the centre. As a symbol of the awakened mind of all the Buddhas, a stupa is a constant reminder and a powerful support for our practice.
Everyone is warmly invited to contribute to this project, to create an auspicious connection to the boundless generosity of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
