Tibet has its very own yoga tradition. This is Tibetan yoga, which is little known in Europe until now. In Tibetan
breath yoga, Shey Tsum Yoga, the breath is consciously directed through the body and through its various organs. This cleanses
the inner energy channels. Through conscious deep breathing, one finds more calmness at mind and the body is nourished with fresh QI
and oxygen, thus with strength.
This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.
Chumba Lama grew up as a monk in a monastery in Kathmandu, but is now living with his family in the south of Germany. He is wholeheartedly teaching the Tibetan breathing yoga in 25 countries on three different continents.
