In Dhagpo Möhra there is now the opportunity to participate in this progressive curriculum of study and meditation from afar.
All contents are transmitted live from Dhagpo Kagyu Ling (Dordogne, France) and can be followed here together.
The program takes place within the framework of joint practice and personal exchange with the Dhagpo Möhra Team.
This meditation and study course developed by Shamar Rinpoche has been guided by Lama Jigme Rinpoche for more than five years.
It is intended for all those who wish to deepen their practice and allows them to progressively acquire the necessary foundations to train in Chenrezik meditation and, in time, to actualize it.
The cycle is spread over three annual intensive retreats. It consists of subjects to study and meditations to apply. Between the retreats, participants are asked to practise implementing the instructions received. The content of each meeting depends on the development of the participants!”practice.
