Welcome to Dhagpo Möhra
The Buddha’s teaching, dating back thousands of years, is a teaching of wisdom and accessible to everyone. It invites one to discover the inner richness of the individual by recognising and cultivating the capacity for kindness and discernment within oneself.
Life in a complex and constantly changing society presents us with many challenges. How can we work with it?
Today, the values taught by Buddhism continue to lead us to live better as human beings by paying attention to ourselves, to others and to the world. By progressively getting to know oneself, and through meditation and its application, we can have a clearer perception of our environment.
