During the Nyung-Neh practice days, the focus is on learning the ritual external aspects of the practice, such as making tormas, building the mandala, practicing the tasks of the chöpön, and learning the drum.

This workshop is especially designed for those who participated in the Nyung-Neh Retreat with Tseyang Rinpoche and serves as preparation for the Nyung-Neh Retreat with Rinpoche in spring 2026 in Dhagpo Möhra.
At the same time, it helps us maintain our connection to the practice.

After we have constructed the mandala together, we will perform a Nyung-Neh ritual, beginning at 6 a.m. on Friday and concluding in the morning of the following day. The morning session of the first Nyung-Neh day will be dedicated to further practicing the ritual aspects.
