Last Aid Course and Storytelling Café with Ingrid Marth and Birte Sattler

The Last Aid Course: The Basics of End-of-Life Care
The Last Aid Course teaches the fundamentals of end-of-life care. The focus is on providing compassionate support to seriously ill and dying individuals at the end of their lives. Based on the premise that dying is a natural part of life, the course addresses four key areas: understanding dying and death, planning ahead and making decisions, alleviating physical, psychological, social, and existential distress, and saying goodbye to life.
In addition to the course content, there will be time to share personal experiences and ask questions that we can explore together as a group.
Duration: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Maximum 18 participants
Storytelling Café: Stories about what sustains us in life
In our world, characterized by constant change and unexpected developments, we often feel overwhelmed. Yet it is precisely in this uncertainty that the potential for personal and spiritual growth lies.
We warmly invite you to a storytelling café where we can talk about things, people, or encounters that sustain us in life—in good times and in difficult ones.
We will share personal stories, listen, and perhaps discover new perspectives on what gives us strength and support.
