Chenresig Practice – The Heart Jewel of the Awakened Part 2 with Lama Tsültrim Wangmo

Through meditation on the Buddha aspect Chenrezig, source of universal compassion and knowledge of ultimate reality, we connect with the qualities of boundless compassion and wisdom naturally present within us, the Buddha-nature.
The power of compassion and the knowledge of things as they are purify the veils that cause suffering and the underlying mental confusion.
This weekend we will continue to explore the practice and qualities of the awakened mind.
The six paramitas, such as generosity, ethical conduct and discipline, patience, joyful perseverance, meditative stability, and wisdom, will lead us to the “other shore of the cycle of existence, to liberation from suffering, and are therefore also called liberating qualities.” Gampopa
Practicing this strengthens the power of compassion, which will help us to overcome everyday turbulence.
Beginners are very welcome.
