If we already begin to face the reality of death today, facing its inevitability and unpredictability, many things will become clear to us, which have so far remained veiled from our view. We can prepare for it and face it more calm and with a clear mind. We realise, that death will not only come in any case, its occurrence furthermore, being completely unpredictable, through dealing with it, it will function as a mirror to a meaningful life.

In this course, Lama Yeshe Sangmo will focus on the heart teachings of Gendün Rinpoche.
