A combination of mindful body exercises and silent meditation allows to come deeper into contact with oneself, thus to initiate the inner healing processes. The gentle Kum Nye exercises do not require any prior knowledge. The exercises are easy to follow, yet profound. In addition, explanations about meditation on the breath are given and healing sounds (including chanting mantras) are used.
Participants of this course should have previous experience with Kum Nye exercises and have taken part in at least one course by Lama Sherab.
