We are very pleased to announce Jigme Rinpoche’s visit in March 2025 (March 14-16). Jigme Rinpoche will be teaching this weekend on the topic of Bodhicitta – benefits and application in everyday life. We will announce details of the program on our website soon. Registration is already open and it would be wonderful if many of you can come.
Lama Jigme Rinpoche was born in eastern Tibet in 1949. He received all of his spiritual training from the 16th Karmapa Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, with whom he remained throughout the many years of his training. Rinpoche has been working tirelessly in Europe for 50 years to make the Buddha’s message accessible. During this time he acquired extensive knowledge about the people of the West. His example and accessible way of teaching inspire everyone he meets around the world. He is the representative of the 17th Karmapa in Europe and the author of numerous books. Some of his teachings are available on Dhagpo Kagyü Ling’s YouTube channel or as a booklet.
Reviews of 2024
On the 16th of June, Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, transmitted the Buddhist Refuge, the Bodhisattva Vows, and the empowerment of Vajrasattva at FLUGRAUM4 in Eisenach. Karmapa gave detailed explanations on the various stages of the practice, to help the assembled practitioners be aware of the meaning of the ritual.
It was also a great honor and joy for us that Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche was back in Dhagpo Möhra – 7 years after his last visit in 2017. From September 13 to 15, 2024, Rinpoche explained the Four Noble Truths and concluded his visit to Möhra on Sunday with a Manjushri initiation.

A look ahead to further courses in 2025
The seminar program for 2025 is currently being prepared. The first dates have already been set and you can register via our website. More will be announced on our website and/or in the newsletter over the next few weeks.
In 2025 we have something special:
20 years of Dhagpo Möhra – Schedrub Tschöpel Ling.
The Möhra team is currently in the process of designing different program formats and presentations for this anniversary. You are also welcome to send us any suggestions or requests.
An anniversary date has already been set: the end of August (29.8.-31.8.2025) we would like to celebrate with you, reminisce, discuss prospects and of course practice together. The entire program for this weekend will be announced at the beginning of 2025.
